Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not sure where to begin. Hannah aims to create a space that feels approachable, steady, and genuinely supportive.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Memorial University. Alongside her role at The Therapy Collective, she works full-time in primary care, where she supports individuals navigating a wide range of mental health and life challenges. This experience brings a practical, grounded understanding of how emotional and physical health intersect in everyday life.

Hannah offers counselling in Saint John, New Brunswick, working with individuals experiencing emotional overwhelm, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

Her approach is relational and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients better understand their emotional responses, identify patterns, and build self-compassion. She is particularly interested in the connection between mind and body, and in supporting clients to explore experiences that may feel difficult to put into words.

Hannah integrates evidence-informed approaches including somatic-based work, self-compassion practices, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills in a way that feels practical and accessible.

Her work is also informed by a social justice lens, recognizing that mental health is shaped by both individual experiences and broader systems, relationships, and contexts.

In addition to her individual work, Hannah co-developed and co-facilitated a therapeutic group focused on emotional regulation and connection, reflecting her commitment to accessible and community-based care.

Hannah’s approach is gentle, curious, and engaged. She creates a space where clients can move at their own pace while feeling supported in making sense of their experiences and taking meaningful steps forward.
