The clinicians at the Therapy Collective are not just a group of credentialed people with specialized skills. We have built a clinical environment that fosters growth for both clients and therapists alike.
The Therapy Collective was built on a simple belief: that the right therapist in the right environment can make all the difference. We’ve been deliberate about who we bring onto this team, not just for clinical skill, but for the values, the curiosity, and the commitment to equity that shape how we show up for our clients every day.
If you’re a licensed counselling therapist, registered psychologist, or clinical social worker who is self-directed, clinically curious, and genuinely invested in creating space for the people most often failed by mainstream mental health care, we’d like to hear from you.

WHAT WE OFFER
A fair and transparent associate split that reflects the value of your clinical work and the support infrastructure we provide.
Professional, welcoming clinical space available at our Bedford/Halifax and Saint John locations fully equipped and ready to use.
Team administrative support Scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks handled by our support team, not by you. Your time is for clients.
In-person, virtual, or hybrid, we work with your schedule and preferred way of practicing. Autonomy is part of the offer.
Regular opportunities for case consultation, peer support, and collegial connection with our clinical team. You won't be practicing in isolation.
A team that takes equity, inclusion, and anti-oppressive practice seriously, not as policy, but as daily commitment. You'll feel it from the first conversation.
Qualifications & qualities
We review applications on an ongoing basis. Here’s what matters most to us.
Registered as a Licensed Counselling Therapist (LCT), Registered Social Worker (RSW) -, or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and in good standing with your regulatory body in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick.
You bring clinical depth, not just familiarity in at least two evidence-based approaches. EMDR, IFS, DBT, CBT, ACT, somatic therapies, and narrative therapy are examples of what our team draws from.
You manage your own caseload with confidence, take initiative in your professional development, and don't need to be managed toward doing good work. You do it because it matters to you.
You understand that ethical practice goes beyond regulatory compliance. You think about power, access, and whose voices tend to get centred, and you let that thinking shape how you work.
